Normal P.O.V
"...Amu..." Ikuto wandered around the streets freezing-to-death as each footstep crunched in the cold snow. He would have to spend Christmas alone this year, just like every other year. His step-father wouldn't allow him in the house on such occasions, no matter how much his mother begged. Ikuto shuddered as the harsh wind whipped his hair in all directions, and the snow fell on his lifeless figure.
Amu's P.O.V
I pressed my nose against the cold glass of my balcony door, after the tiring christmas day. I was too tired to change, so I was still wearing my white, box-pleat mini-skirt and red shirt whith white fur hood, and snuggly, brown, Uggs. My gentle honey-glazed orbs gazed into the darkness watching every passer-by, hoping it would be Ikuto. I had made him some chocolates as a christmas gift, but why would he bother come visit me on christmas? He would be at his home, with his family... right? I was snapped out of my trance when I saw a tuft of midnight-blue hair sitting against a lamp-post, the owner of the hair looking very limp and neglected, almost like a stray cat...
"Ikuto? Ikuto! IKUTO! Are you ok? I'm coming, stay there!!!" Amu yelled as she swung open her balcony door and jumped down with a little help from Ran. I ran fast as the silouette came in to clearer veiw.
Ikuto's P.O.V
I was too weak... I couldn't possibily last any longer in this harsh weather, so I gave up and sunk to my knees, using a random lamp-post as a rest. Suddenly, as my eyes started to droop, I heard a loud voice calling my name, I tried to look up, but it was no use. I felt a sense of helplessness, and insecurity, until I felt a warm presence hold me close in embrace, as sobbing came from the figure.
Normal P.O.V
Amu held Ikuto tightly, whilst sobbing.
"Ikuto... why a-are you o-out here in s-such t-terrible weather?" Amu managed to mumble beetween sobs.
"A-Amu?" Was all Ikuto could say before going out cold.
"Ikuto!"
Amu quickly threw one of Ikuto's arms around her neck, and with effort, pulled him into her garden, then to her suprise she heard a little worried voice shout, "Chara change!" Suddenly Amu produced a furry, white tail and two cute kitten ears.
"What the hell?"
"Amu, it's me, Yoru, just go with the flow and jump up onto your balcony. Trust me, you can do it..."
Amu hesitated no more and quickly jumped onto her balcony railings, rushed into her room and lay Ikuto on her bed. She gave a sigh of releif from finnaly heaving Ikuto's weight of her shoulders. The cat tail and ears disapeared as she turned to Yoru, and gave a grateful smile, as he winked at her and went to sleep in his egg next to Ran, Miki, Dia & Suu. Amu felt greatly tired after using someone else's Chara and snuggled up next to Ikuto, and soon fell into a deep sleep.
A few minutes later Ikuto came round to notice he no longer felt cold. He looked down to see a little pinkette hugging him tightly, sleeping.
"I love you Amu..." Ikuto gave her a warm smile.
"I...love you...too...Ikuto..." Amu said, sleep-talking. But she meant it all the more.

Yah, ok it's kinda sloppy but hey! I enjoyed writing it even though it isn't christmas, also it was my first one-shot so I'm very proud of my-self! Hope you enjoy and read my other story,
