Chapter 1
Who is God, What is God and How do I find him. If he even is a he? Or is he a she. They say he made the heavens and the earth but do I really know if he did. I finally got what is known as the greatest book of all time The Holy Bible . Genesis chapter one verse one "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" So he did create it or some say scientist try to prove it wrong every day but my friend Priscilla tells me that he is her best friend. He is there during her good times and her bad and no matter what he will never leave her alone. I remember crying the first time I read her favorite poem that she has on different things all around her house Footprints in the sand I believe it was called. It spoke of a man looking at flashbacks of his life and he notices that during the good times of his life there was two sets of footprints in the sand, but during his trials there was only one set of footprints in the sand and he asked God where was he during those times and God said that during those times is when he carried him. Believing in God is a 24 hour job Priscilla tells me but im always asking is there times in which she feels that there isn't a God and she looks at me and says Mikala, Mikala of course there are times that I feel that he is not doing enough but never that he does not exist. He wants us to learn our own way not to have him open every door for us which would do nothing. He knows that I can do it for he made me. Earlier I talked of reading the Holy Bible to tell you the truth Priscilla made me buy it. said to me the things I tell you are in black and white. Im always like yada yada yada. but who was right she was. I never thought I would be reading it but here goes nothing.
