That Kind of Night 2

The couch shook as Greg jumped over the back landing right next to Mycroft who was reading some sort of government file.

"Gregory!" Mycroft yelled putting the file down on the coffee table.

Greg smiled, "What this time Mycroft?"

"You act like you are 16." The politician sighed.

Greg chuckled, "You still think it's hot though."

Mycroft rolled his eyes and picked up the file once again. Greg leaned over and tried to see what it was about but the younger man pulled it away and out of his view. The detective gave a 'humph' and pushed himself off of the couch. Walking over and observing his large case of CD's. He pulled out one of his favorites and quickly turned it to track three.

As the music started playing, Greg started dancing around the living room singing along to the song. Mycroft continued to make an attempted at ignoring him. Then the chorus hit and the elder man jumped onto the couch and yelled out the lyrics. "PLAY THAT FUNKY MUSIC WHITE BOY!" And Mycroft couldn't help but to burst with laughter.

Greg smiled and continued dancing around the room doing his best air guitar. Mycroft leaned back and watched, amused, and tapping his foot to the beat.

"Come on Mycroft, loosen up a bit!" The detective yelled, reaching down and pull a reluctant Mycroft off of the couch.

Mycroft stood with his arms folded tight across his chest as Greg danced circles around him. Finally after about half of the epic air guitar solo Greg had mastered Mycroft started dancing as well.

"DANCIN' AND SINGIN' AND MOVIN' TO THE GROOVIN'!" Greg sang.

"AND JUST WHEN IT HIT ME SOME ONE TURNED 'ROUND AND SHOUTED!" Mycroft returned.

"PLAY THAT FUNKY MUSIC WHITE BOY!" They yelled together and by the time the song came to an end both men were out of breath and laughing hysterically on the couch.

"I really don't like you." Greg muttered once he caught his breath.

"Oh really?" Mycroft asked with a raised eyebrow.

Greg smiled, "Not at all." He replied and kissed Mycroft softly.

Mycroft kissed him back, "Sure you don't." He sighed sarcastically and then in a stereotypical gay voice he added, "Ugh, why do men have to be so complicated?"

Greg doubled over laughing once again, forcing Mycroft to promise never to use that voice again for the sake of his lungs. Once he could breathe again he rolled his eyes, "Says the male."

Mycroft smiled approvingly and went over to the CD case again. He ejected Greg's CD and slid in his own pick. Greg recognized the best of Journey instantly and the couple rocked out to Don't Stop Believing all night long.
