Sorrow and Revenge
A poem I thought up one night while sleep deprived I haven't wrote anything for Jade Empire yet even though I said I would so I figured I needed to think of something quick that I could be done with in one night. Its about Sky and his daughter dying and him getting revenge on the people who did it.

A child falls
By cruel hands
A father is stricken with grief
Anger burns in his heart
And vengeance is the path that he now walks
But vengeance is a path
Forged with pain
And the journey across it is hard
On old skills he must now rely
Skills resurfaced with the agony
Of necessity
With old favors called in
And old "friends" revisited
He walks a dangerous path
But beware those that would stand in his way
For his vengeance must now come swift
And fear this man whose name he still does not know
For when your name is found
it will be the last moments of your life
And you will not know of it.
So what did everyone think? I think it might have ended up sounding to dark which is out of character for Sky but I would picture him pursuing vengeance to be darker than what he normally is. I can't tell the difference between bad poetry and good poetry (especially when its my own stuff) so if no one likes it I'll delete it so you don't have to look at it anymore.
