The Life of Natalie Prior
I have always wondered how Natalie lived before Divergent so this is a summary of what I think happen.
Read Allegiant first. Review
I was six when my mother killed my father. I remember it like it was yesterday. My mother was arguing with father about the genetic pure. My mother was furious and brought my father's shotgun and shot him before she committed suicide. I hid behind the khaki chair while this happen. I cried no I wept. I gathered up everything useful and ran. A month later when I turned seven David found me in an abandoned warehouse. They found out I was genetically pure. That genetically pure is bull crap. Nobody is perfect but I went with it. When I was ten I volunteered to go inside Chicago. They brought me in as a dauntless born named Natalie Johnson. I lived with someone from the inside. When I was sixteen I met an erudite boy, Andrew Prior, he needed help studying. I was laughing my face off when I heard this. Once I met Andrew I fell deeply in love and I knew I couldn't go to erudite because he didn't belong there. On the aptitude test. I got erudite, dauntless, abnegation, and candor. On choosing day I left dauntless for abnegation. It was hard to get used to their selfless ways but we did. Andrew was a leader and I helped the factionless while he was gone. On a September day Andrew took me to help the amity. Afterwards on the walk home he proposed to me. I cried yes. We went to court and got married. We spent our honeymoon helping the factionless. Three years later I had Caleb and Beatrice. I knew they were both going to transfer. Beatrice was going to be dauntless. She always smiled when they ran. Sometimes she would join them. Then Caleb would scold her for doing so. His erudite always showed even though Beatrice and him didn't know I always knew. Caleb always stayed up reading. He got that from his father. Beatrice got her dauntless from me. I knew she was a divergent. Caleb wasn't which I thought was strange. At least the last thing I did was brave and selfless. This is what I thought as my last breath left my body.
Man that was dramatic. Ashley out.
