Aqua and Ven are the best of friends, two people who are closer than siblings. When Ven finds out his brother, Roxas, has gone missing, Aqua sends him a note to show him how much he cares.

This is dedicated to my friend, Minora. Even if you don't read this, it's still meant for you :)

So, because this is being posted on , I'm going to put a little back story to it (Gonna be a weird AU):

Aqua and Ven; the best of friends. Two friends who were closer than siblings, who would do anything for each other. But, one day, Ven discovered his brother, Roxas, had gone missing and Ven is terrified his brother might be... So, he writes a note to Aqua, telling her that he's gone to look for Roxas, to find him so that his family can be together again. Aqua, wanting to do something, sends Ven a text with a little note.

When I read that note

I felt pain,

And realization,

And connection,

And sadness,

And sympathy,

But then I realized,

What you need is not those things;

But someone to talk to.

So I will be someone who you can talk to,

Whether you take the offer or not-

I will shut my mouth for however long you need me to,

And I will listen to everything you have to say

Whether it be about your brother,

Or your life,

Or your relationships

How sad you are

Because you are my friend

And I want to listen

I want to be there for you

Not only because you were there for me,

But because I want to listen, and I want to help.
