I walked up the stairs to my new private school. Shadow had already gone here for a year so I wasn't too worried. I walked up the to the door and opened it and quickly walked inside. I sweat dropped when I saw the hallways. They were huge! Lockers were on both sides of the hall and soon my brother, Shadow walked up to her. "Hey sis, welcome to Robotnik High!" I just looked at him dumbfounded. "Why are you so cheery.? " I said backing away slightly. Shadow laughed and said, "Sorry, I'm just glad you're here!" He laughed slightly. I just looked at him like he was crazy. Since when was Shadow so glad to see me? I shook my head and asked, "Can you take me to my locker? It's locker 128490" I looked down at the paper. Sheesh, this place was huge! "Yea sure." Shadow said taking the slip of paper out of my hands and taking me down the hallway. We finally reached the locker. "Wow, it's big. . ." I said looking it up and down before opening it slowly. I placed my bag inside and shut the door after grabbing my books for the day, they didn't way that much. I could easily carry them with just one arm. I shifted them to my left arm as anouther student came up to me and Shadow. "Hey, Shadow." He said. He had bright blue fur and loose jeans on with a black tee on. I blushed slightly and looked away. Good thing I had red fur. My blush blended in with it. "Hey Sonic. This is my sister, Sweetie. This is her first day." I nodded quickly and lifted my bright red eyes to a pair of emerald ones that were Sonic's. "Why, hello!" Sonic said brightly. I jumped backwards instinctively. "Don't." Shadow said growling at Sonic. "She can't stand loud noises. For. . . Specific reasons." I nodded to Shadow in thanks. I quickly turned and went down the hallway away from the two. Shadow walked the other direction as Sonic followed me. "Hey! Wait up!" He said catching up to me with ease. "What do you want?" I asked looking away being sure to avoid eye-contact with him. Sonic stepped in front of me quickly and I walked into him; dropping all of my books. "Damn . . ." I said leaning down and reaching to pick up a green textbook, Sonic reached out for it at the same time. Our hands touched and I jerked back very quickly going very bright red. "Grr . . . What do you what from me, Sonic?" I asked grabbing all my books and standing quickly. Sonic stood up slowly and said, "Meet me at the Nara Café. Tonight at eleven." I shook my head. "It's closed by then." Sonic smiled. "I was gonna take you on a walk, but a bit late." I rolled my eyes. "Fine. Only if you swear to leave me alone after this!" I said loudly while still bright red. "Agreed." He said turning and walking away, I ran to my classroom and sat down in my first period class- English Literature.
