That's all I gotta say. As I write this, I'm not sure it's going up tonight. I gotta make sure I can get through the episode. Um, not sure have fun will fit.

Emily walked into her and Aaron's apartment after finishing her meeting with her former boss from Interpol, Sean McCallister. She shut the door and leaned against it. Ian Doyle's name kept bouncing around in her head. She hadn't heard it in years and now the very thought of it was making her shiver in fear.

"Em,"

Emily looked up at the sound of Aaron's voice and felt the tears she'd been fighting fall down her face. Aaron closed the space between them in record time and pulled her into his arms.

"What happened, Emily?" Aaron asked softly.

"Your past isn't the only one that came back to haunt us." Emily said, her voice muffled in Aaron's shoulder.

Aaron frowned. "What are you talking about Emily?"

Emily pulled back a bit and sniffed. Aaron wiped her face with his thumbs.

"Are the kids in bed?" Emily asked, avoiding Aaron's question for the moment.

Aaron nodded. "Yeah, they are." he tipped his head to meet Emily's eyes. "What's going on?"

Emily led Aaron over to the couch and they both sat down, facing each other. Emily then laid out everything Sean had told her. Aaron sat patiently and listened to everything Emily had to say before speaking.

"What are they going to do?" Aaron finally asked.

Emily shrugged. "Try and get him before he gets here. They'll keep me informed. Let me know if I'm in danger. If we're in danger."

"Could we be?" Aaron asked.

Emily sighed. "I honestly don't know, Aaron. Doyle makes Foyet look like child's play but as far as Sean knows he isn't in the US. For now, we're okay."

Aaron played with Emily's rings. "Do you want to send the kids away, to be safe?"

Emily shook her head. "No, I refuse to be separated from them. But we have to be really careful." tears pressed at her eyes again. "I can't lose any of you."

Aaron pulled Emily back into his arms. "You won't, sweetheart. You won't."

Now he just had to hold on to the hope that he wouldn't lose her.

Alright, I know it's barely anything but it's all I had for this episode. I'm possibly starting my SnapShots up again and if I do we'll see more of new baby Mallory there. Um, let me know what you think, flame policy stands and thanks for reading.
