"Hey Bonnie, can I sing you a song I wrote?" Marceline asks. I feel the heat of her breath on my neck. I turn around and kiss her softly. I nod as she smiles and sits down on the floor and starts tuning some chords on the guitar. I sit across from her and wait for her to begin. She clears her throat and I lean in waiting for the song to start. "Good little girl, always picking a fight with me." She sings as I feel my pink cheeks turn a deeper shade of pink. "You know that I'm bad, but you're spending the night with me." I put my hand on her knee and give it a light squeeze. I see her smile as she continues singing "What... do you want... from my world? You're a good little girl." She leans in and kisses me passionately as she continues to strum. "Your turn to sing Bonnie!" She says with a smirk and I feel my eyes widen at that response.
"I don't even know what to sing though." I say quietly.
"You can do it Bonnie, just make it relate to mine somehow." She says with a smile. I take a moment to think before I nod and wait for the right time to come in.
"Bad little girl. That's what you're acting like. I really don't buy. That you're that kind of girl. And... If you are...Why do you want to hang out with me?" I sing as I look down. I can feel Marceline's eyes staring at me. I have never seen Marceline so speechless before.
"Do you mean that?" She says after a minute of silence. I nod slowly as she inhales sharply.
"Can you continue singing? I need something to calm me down." I say softly. I hear the strumming start up again as she sings.
"Don't you know I'm a villain? Every night, I'm out killing. Sending everyone running like children? I know why you're mad at me. I got demon eyes... and they're looking right through your anatomy, into your deepest fears. Baby, I'm not from here, I'm from the Nightosphere. To me, you're clear... transparent. You've got a thing for me, girl. It's apparent." The last chord rings out as we sit in silence.
"I loved that Marcy." I say with a smile.
"I love you Bonnie" She says as she leans in and kisses me softly on the forehead.
"I love you too Marcy!" I say as I quickly kiss her.
"Are you okay?" She asks.
"Yes, I am. I know you aren't a villain Marcy. And yes I do have a thing for you." I say as our hands intertwine and our lips meet.
"And I have a thing for you." She says as we continue to kiss.
