A/N: First fic! Well, for Bones anyway. Its only my second one altogether. So reveiws mean a lot. It's short, I know but once I get used to doing this they'll be longer. Enjoy!
Disclaimer: Well, they don't belong do me. But think about it, if they did, I would'nt be here. So isn't that kind of obvious?

Angela
stood on the front porch in the dark. Stars littered the sky; layers
of them. She tugged on the bottom of her shirt against the cold
chill. It didn't make a difference though since it stopped about an
inch above her jeans but she didn't feel like going inside to get a
jacket either.
She head soft footfalls behind her and felt the
cold hits of wind cease as warmth replaced them. Jack's arm wrapped
itself around her hips and Angela lean slightly against
him.
Recently, Jack and Angela had been much closer than they used
to be. She was afraid things would be awkward since they work
together. But now, she didn't want him to leave. She wasn't cold

"I'll be fine,
sweetie, I just, I hate it."
"Yea I know babe. Me too.
But hey, you, me, Dr. Brennan, Zack, Booth, we find these guys and
they get to pay for that in prison. Can't say that don't count for
something."
"Yea…" Angela smiled and turned to
face him. Jack still held her, with both arms now, as she laid her
head on his shoulder.
Might
as well, he thought. Jack gently lifted her chin with his finger
and kissed her.
He wasn't sure what to expect from her. He
supposed she would just let him kiss her or she would shut him out.
The last thing he expected was for her to cling to him as she had,
hands sneaking their way up around his neck.
They pulled away at
the same time and searched each other's eyes for a moment. Angela
smiled and laid her head back down. They stood up at the stars, the
coldness of the night slowly fading
