Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter. Sigh. That is the sad truth.

Authors Note: This is something I wrote during my Geometry class when I got bored. Why I wrote something angsty in a math class I don't know. Does that express how I feel when I'm in that class? Anyway, this is in Draco's point of view. And yes. This is slash. Consider yourself warned. Though...if you know its written by me that tells you as much doesn't it?

Harry died in the battle with Voldemort. It seems their bond was stronger than originally thought. I thought he would simply shout 'Aveda Kedevra' and Voldemort would die and the already famous Harry Potter would come home to me.

Was I, and the world at large, ever wrong. Every wound was matched precisely. Harry was the one to shout 'Aveda Kedevra' and Voldemort did die immediately. Harry died from it too. The suffering was much worse for him. He lived for only a few minutes after his final spell was cast.

"Draco?" Harry coughed looking up at me, sweat and blood covering his body.

"Harry...you're going to all right, right?" I asked tears forming in my eyes.

He coughed again, this time with blood. "I don't think so Dray."

"Oh God Harry, please don't leave me," I said letting the tears flow freely down my face.

"Don't worry love. I can't leave until you let me," Harry rasped out.

"I don't want you in pain," I said clutching him to me. Gently I kissed him. This was to be our last kiss, and being so it was bitter-sweet. As I pulled away, I could taste something metallic in my mouth. Harry's blood. Fresh tears threatened to overtake me, but I forced them back. I needed to be strong for Harry.

I put his head in lap and stroked his hair just like I did in our room at home. "Okay love. Rest now. I'm giving you back to the angels," I whispered softly in his ear.

He reached out for me and I gave him my hand. He gave it a gentle squeeze. "Until then love. I'll meet you there." With that said, he closed his eyes and let go.

I held him close to my chest and listened as our hear beats aligned. His beat slower...and slower. Until it stopped all together.

"I love you," I whispered still holding the limp form to my chest.

It wasn't long before his body went cold and the medi-wizards showed up. When they told me I was wounded I merely laughed in their faces. They told me I had to let go of him and come with them to the hospital.

I whispered a quick good-bye to him and left with the healers. I'm still waiting for my time to come. When I can join my love once again. The day I'll meet him there.

A/N: How was that? You'll have to let me know! REVIEW!
