Hey, PrettyInPurpleness, this is for you. Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!

This takes place after Operation: GIRLFRIEND, and the day before Operation: INTERVIEWS. Enjoy!

Lizzie lay on her bed, staring at the pictures that covered her walls and ceiling. They were all of her Nigie, her sweet, handsome Nigie…

She snapped out of her state and stood up, her expression overcome with rage. She had broken up with her Nigie…he was so irresponsible….

She ripped a picture off the wall and tore it up into millions of tiny pieces.

So rude…

She tore off another picture and shredded it violently.

So stupid…

Another picture came down.

So impolite…

Two more pictures were torn off the walls.

So insolent…

Three more.

So…

Lizzie had reached her favorite photo. It was of her and Nigel, sitting underneath a tree, on their first "date." She fingered it gently. She still loved her Nigie…she still loved him a lot.

Lizzie remembered all the good times they had together…all the times they had laughed together, eaten together, been together…

Then she thought back to when Nigel had backed away from so many dates, had been late for her sister's wedding, had run off with another girl at the wedding reception…his computer falling in love with him…him talking with the other girl, that Supreme Commander, the one who dared to even set eyes on her Nigie…

But the good times overcame the bad. Nigel was her first love, and the memory of that love she would never forget.

Tomorrow, Lizzie decided. Tomorrow, I'm going to see him. I'm going to tell him I'm sorry. I'm going to tell him that I still need him here. That I still want him to be with me.

Tomorrow.

------

There never was a tomorrow. The next day, Nigel Uno, known to his friends as Numbuh One, went missing. His friends, his old "teammates," seemed to know where he was, but Lizzie got nothing out of them.

She had even asked his so-called "Supreme Commander" where he was. She knew nothing.

Where was her former boyfriend? Where had he gone?

Most important of all: Why didn't he say goodbye to her?

She got the impression that his friends had had the chance. That Abby girl even had his trademark sunglasses. Where was her going-away gift? Was she not as important as they were?

The answers to these questions she would never know. Because Nigel Uno was gone, forever…

And she never got the chance to say goodbye.
