She smiled, remembering their last exchange of candy.
Sinfully decadent, he was surreptitiously proposing a tryst. Wicked Boy.
He had given her taste buds something to think about. He was just the way she liked her candy, a mouth-puckering taste, sweet as well as tart, long lasting . . .
Her husband's wisecrack broke her reverie.
"Watch it, Josh. She'll eat you out of house and home."
She almost lost it.
Always one with a witty retort, he revealed his devilment, "I've got Good-N-Plenty, Sir."
"That's her favorite."
She smiled wickedly, "Jed, you know I like Sweet Tarts."
