The Fate of Ryou Bakura
Prologue
He trembled and cried out. He fell out of his bed, clinging to his pillow, as if it was the only thing still keeping him sane, still keeping him alive. Ryou whimpered and screamed out of pain as he felt something dark take over his body.
"No.. No.. Not this time" he said through his tears. Ryou was scared, scared of what what to come. He didn't know what he got himself into. Nobody was home, nobody was around to hold him tight and to tell him "It's okay." Well.. even if ANYBODY was around nobody would care. He knew it. Ryou was always an outcast. Always known as "That weird kid who transferred" at his school. His parents were never around and every time poor Ryou tried to make friends.. He would be released and would take over and ruin everything for him. Due to the fear of hurting people, he became anti social.. and didn't bother talking to anybody. The evil inside him enjoyed his pain, enjoyed hearing him cry, and hurting the people closest to him. In fact, the evil inside him lived off it. This evil inside him, was none other than Yami Bakura.
All this trouble started when Ryou found the Millenium Ring! One of Egypt's rare artifacts from a long time ago. Ryou decided to keep it.. I mean he DID find it anyways. Ryou kept it cleaned it, took care of it.. but wore it around his neck all the time. He was so fascinated by it and wanted to know more about it. Over time.. He realized what he has gotten himself into. Ryou started changing, started to not remember things that didn't happen, but apparently HAVE happened. Started to have sharp pains before Bakura took over his mind, body, and soul. The damage that Bakura has already caused made Ryou to know that he meant business.
Ryou thought that MAYBE, just maybe if he locked the Millenuim Ring up, Bakura would go away and all the trouble that started would stop.. But it didn't. It only made Bakura madder and his life only got worse. Ryou knew that this life.. being controlled was only the beginning to Bakura's plan.
Will Ryou find hope? Will there be someone who understands?
...Will Ryou get his life back?
