It's not the- bulletproof as Logan so helpfully points out- glass that makes up the entire "front" wall, the ironclad set of- locked as Virgil is easy to notice- double doors on the right wall, the high barred windows on the left wall, or even the presence of another young adult- though they're slightly younger than their Host. It's the fact that they don't know where Thomas is.
