The Christmas party at Red's house the Pokedex Owners were having was pretty easy-going. Well, until those two…
"Ow! Be more careful, would ya, Ruby!" Sapphire's cries could be heard through the door to one of the guest bedrooms.
"Sorry!" came Ruby's apology.
Emerald was about to open the door and ask what the duo was doing, but that was before he heard Sapphire say…
"Pull it out slowly, okay?"
Emerald paled as he placed his ear on the door.
"I'll try my best."
"OW! It still hurts!"
"What's happen-oof!" Gold was cut off by Emerald's fake hand smashing onto his mouth. Luckily, the Breeder understood what was happening and placed his own ear on the door as well.
"Stop complaining already!" Ruby yelled, "It's supposed to hurt. After all, it's the first time this has happened to both of us!"
The Dex Owners outside turned red. Behind them, Blue, Silver and Red stood and listened to the 'conversation'.
"Why don't I just pull yours first?" Sapphire suggested.
"No!" Ruby cried, "You're going to hurt me! I'll do it myself after!"
"Oh come on, just let me try once!"
"F-fine!"
"What in the world are those two doing? !" Red whispered, horrified that such a thing was happening in his house.
"Wait and find out." Silver whispered to him. Red took a few steps away from his red-haired junior.
"Whoa…this thing's huge, Ruby!" Sapphire's awing voice could be heard.
By then, all eight Dex Owners were hunched around the door.
"OW, SAPPH!" Everyone paused to hear Ruby's yelps of distress, "You have to pull it out fast, before it starts bleeding!"
Sapphire gasped, "OH GOD, MINE'S BLEEDING!"
The boys almost had a nosebleed themselves. Yellow slowly began to take tiny steps away from the door. She looked…young, sure, but she knew all that she needed to know about…you know.
"AH! Ruby gasped as well, "MINE'S BLEEDING TOO! EW! THERE'S SO MUCH BLOOD COMING OUT!"
"Maybe we should ask the others for help…"
Everyone outside froze. They needed help to pull…?
Just as everyone tried to make a break for it, the door opened, causing all of them to fall to the floor.
Ruby stared, "…What are you guys doing?"
"WE SHOULD BE ASKING YOU THAT!" the other Dex Owners roared at him.
The Contest Coordinator raised an eyebrow, "Well…me and Sapph were looking for a stapler to staple our letters to our friends in Hoenn. We saw a box in the closet. When we both put our hands in it, a bunch of staples got stuck in our hands." He lifted his right hand to show everyone the ten remaining staples on his bloody hand.
"Could ya help us get them out?" Sapphire asks.

Several hands hitting on foreheads could be heard.
