Beach troubles

Misty couldn't believe what was happening! She'd been minding her own business swimming at the beach...Then that stupid wave knocked her top off!
That wouldn't have been so bad if Ash hadn't been the one to find it! So now here she stood. Half-naked, nothing covering her except her arms. And Ash teasing her and taunting swaying the top just out of her reach!
She didn't know what to do! If she tried to over power him...She'd just expose herself! Which was not happening! Then she saw it...Just what she needed to turn the tables.
Quickly she made sure she was in eyesight then she made the special hand signals...then all she had to do was wait-
SPLASH!
GAAAHHHHHH!
Ash cried out as he was suddenly knocked over and fell into the water. He popped back up just in time to see Misty's Goldeen hand her something. His eyes widened in horror...It was his trunks!
Misty smirked. "Well Mr. Ketchum, the tides have turned, so to speak." She said as she teasingly used his trunks to cover her chest...
