A/N
Just a little something for Dreamworks's upcoming movie, Home as it looks funny and very sweet plus this little story is based off something in the music video for Feel the Light from the soundtrack, where Tip and Oh are hugging which is too cute for words.
In this little story, Oh can't sleep and Tip helps with the power of a hug.
I hope fellow Dreamwork's fans love and feel the light.
Oh couldn't sleep while in Tip's car even though they were on the most awesome road trip around the entire planet known as Earth and he had fixed Tip's car so it would hover much better now.
He heard Pig, Tip's pet cat softly purr as it approached the male Boov since it liked sitting on his purple head.
"Ssh Tip is probably asleep having good dreams, which she deserves.
I'm just surprised we're friends." Oh said softly to the cat.
He was hoping the rest of the Boov wouldn't find him because he liked this planet called Earth, there were so many wonders that he had never seen before in the vastness of the universe.
He just hoped that things would work out for the best as he was surprised that he and Tip were unlikely friends as they had met in a store but they had grown on each other to the point where they were taking this adventure together.
"Oh, you okay, you can't sleep Huh?" Tip said softly which surprised him.
"You could say that, but I thought you were asleep." Oh said his purple skin going orange as a sign of being embarrassed making her smile.
"I was just worried about things, like if my peopke find me?" Oh said.
Tip understood he was scared but wondered what her mother would do, if she was here knowing.
Oh saw her wrap her arms around him in a hug which made him confused but if felt comforting and good.
"What is this, what're you doing?" Oh asked.
Tip chuckled softly at his confusion.
"It's called a hug, something comforting plus it makes people feel safe when they need comfort like you do right now.
My mom does this with me, when I'm worried or scared, plus we're friends." Tip assured him.
"It feels good, this hug thing." Oh said.
"I'm glad you like it Oh, as it's good.
I think you fit in here, just fine." Tip said.
The male Boov's eyes were getting heavy with sleep which he needed to get energy seeing Tip getting sleepy herself as they were both asleep.
