He could smell her as soon as she came into the huge building. At first the smell had bothered him, it was a sticky kind, sweet and to blegh for him. But as the scent set in his mind he realized that he actually liked it. Nothing he was willing to admit though, even to himself at times. He was living in denial and ignored the revealing way his body reacted to this sticky, sweet and so wonderful scent. His muscles relaxed when he caught a whiff of it. He felt at ease and could concentrate better. But when the scent was concentrated and closer to him than he initially wanted, concentrating was one thing that was disrupted. For some time now he had made sure to avoid the source of the scent and it had worked well for a while, he had had time to tinker on his bike. But as there were more complications than solutions when he started to tinker his mood had dropped. His solution to his mood was to bring her to the garage each day and let her being there just calm him. The only downside was that thing where the concentration flew out the window as soon as she was in the same room as him. Her smell lingered in the building for a while before he almost could feel it coming closer. The small hairs on his arms stood and he waited for the scent to hit him hard as she opened the door. He had almost gotten addicted to her by now, nothing he'd ever say to her or act upon. He didn't even know why she tolerated being around him. A knock on the door made Gajeels stomach flutter and he rolled his eyes at himself. He didn't need to welcome her in, she was so used to being in the garage with him that she had brought some of her books and a chair to sit in when Gajeel kept on tinkering with his bike. Levy flashed Gajeel a big grin as she walked over the numerous tools that were all over the floor. Gajeel dried his hands on the paper next to him and did his best in trying to get the oil away.

"I brought sandwiches today!" she smiled and started digging in her little purse. "Since it's late and I believe you've had nothing to eat I was worried about your bike." She giggled as she fished two wrapped sandwiches out of her purse. Gajeel grinned and pointed at the little box with nails in it.

"I've had snacks." he said and took personal pleasure when Levy rolled her eyes at him and she giggled. She threw him his sandwich and he caught it without problem. Even if her scent made his head into mush he still had his hand-to-hand coordination under control.

"So, if you're not eating your bike… why does it take so long fixing it?" she said as she peeled the paper from one corner and picked a little at it so the content wouldn't fall out as she took a bite. Gajeel who had taken a rather large bite almost choked. He wasn't sure he'd ever heard her being snarky like that and it was a rather nice change as to her goodie-two-shoes act she had. Gajeel had been wondering if it was an act or if she really was a goodie-two-shoes kind of person, it really didn't fit the way she dressed or the fact that she hung out with him and the rest of the club. Today, like any other day, she was wearing a disturbingly short dress. He took another bite as a distraction to the fact that if he wanted he could easily take a peek at her panties. He chewed hard when his mind taunted him with images of her not wearing any panties at all.

"It's an old bike…" he muttered when Levy looked at him awaiting his answer. "They break."

"Well, you should focus on getting it done soon." She smiled. "I'm going to hold you to your promise to take me out on a ride." Gajeel felt it more than he saw it, her blush creeping over her face. His ears started ringing and he needed another distraction or he would go insane in this dense scent of her.

"Grab me that book will ya." He muttered and pointed at the little shelf he had installed in the cramped garage. "I gotta look something up." He said and took another bite of the sandwich, he had been hungry without even realizing it. Levy wasn't much of a cook though, he guessed that was why she only made sandwiches. Those were hard to mess up.

"Sure!" she said and stood. She put her sandwich on her chair and walked around the bike and started to climb the little ladder he had there. "So, what are you doing today?" she asked as she strained herself to reach the thick book. Gajeel knew not to look up now. He stared at the oil tank before him like his life depended on it. "Hey, Gajeel?" she urged when he didn't answer.
"No, nothing really." He said as he fought to keep his eyes firmly on the oil tank. "The old tank was eroding the oil tube, so I'm fixin' that before I install the new tank." He said and lost control over himself and looked up. His entire body tensed and his face turned red. He cursed under his breath and took a last bite of the sandwich and tried to ignore the fact that Levys dress was slipped up and Gajeel was just in the line of sight to see everything she was hiding under those short… so short… skirts. When she finally reached the book she climbed down and walked around to Gajeel and handed him the book smiling wide, and didn't seem to notice the sorry state Gajeel was in.

"Will you put a protecting film over the new tube then?" she asked and leaned forth a little so she could see what he was talking about. The scent had now filled the whole room to the brim and when she got closer to him Gajeel knew his mind would stop working. He took a deep breath and felt a little dizzy before he started showing Levy some pointers before he opened the thick book.
"There are no protecting on these old ones." Gajeel laughed. "Will you get me some of the small screw-nuts?" he said and pointed on the working space at the other end of the garage.

Gajeel was sure he had messed up countless times when working today and he blamed it all on the little bluenette in front of him. He had shown her where to screw and pinch when he was installing the tank. She actually helped and she had actually learned during her time with him here. The day passed and Gajeel had somewhat gotten used to her scent being so prominent, she didn't know of course that she was affecting him this way. Gajeel was going to keep it that way.
