Sam and Freddie have been pussyfooting around their feelings for too long. When Sam suddenly collapses (on iCarly, at school, idc where) she is rushed to the hospital. Who will be there for Sam after the doctor's diagnosis of diabetes? Will Freddie help Sam when she's not allowed to eat her most favorite foods?
