Please Review! This is my first published fanfic. Thanks to Van Lover who
writes awesome fics and edited this story for me.
No. I won't believe it. Shaking his head, Vegeta awoke in a cold sweat. He reached over to feel for the warm body that usually accompanied the spot on the right side of the bed. She is gone...I can't believe it. Just last week she was here, and now...I have no one. Just my thought's like it once was. Life will be like before...before...Bulma. Her azure hair never in the same style for more than a month, her eyes like the twin moons of...Secetera. Yes, that is an insignificant planet but...the two moons were like her eyes, shimmering with tears after each bout of lovemaking. After a while I learned that those tears were of pain, but now I realize that they were of pleasure. If she were here I would tell her...that I loved—no, love her.
Opening up the window to the now seemingly empty room he used to share with his mate, Vegeta flew over the breathtaking countryside. Bulma always wanted me to come share these mountains with her, but I was always so intent on beating Kakarott that I didn't know what I was missing. If I were given the chance again I would do anything for her. Why did I have to do all those things that angered her...?
Landing on a clear patch of field, Vegeta gazed up at the starry night. Never have I felt so alone, not even when Freeza took me hostage, nor when I learned that Kakarott, Raditz, Nappa, and I were the last of the Saiya- jin race. Clenching his fist in anger, he wondered why. Why not take me...damn it all to Hell. Powering up to his second Super Saiya-jin form, Vegeta used a move he had not done since the fight with Fat Buu. As the Final Shine dissolved his body in an agonizing flash of light, he thinks, at least now I will be with my mate.
