This was written in a poem format. It may be a little OOC. Tough, deal with it.
My first MK fic. Please read, review and don't be too hard.
Throughout Eternity
When all that's left is just yourself,
and all you hear is the rhythm of the rain,
do you begin to feel eternity,
as across this life it expands?
Does the rain ever seem like tears to you?
Has your world ever come crashing down?
All alone one day,
how would you pass the time?
Given a choice, would you live or die?
Will you simply watch,
as your dreams pass by?
And should this life suddenly end,
could you ever live again?
To put to death this aching world,
could anyone constrive?
At any point,
is rebirth an option?
Could one simply start again?
Would you want to?
Or would you stay?
Is this life worth the pain,
that one sees,
day to day?
Or is it better
than it seems?
Is anything left of your soul?
Your life?
Or mine?
If you passed from this world,
what would you leave behind?
Who would cry for you?
To whom would agony ensue?
Would you stay,
and watch and wait,
to see?
Or would you go,
and leave all love behind?
All hope divined?
Your heart undefined?
Could you leave your loved one,
never to love again?
Would you return to them?
Or would your spirit simply dwell,
in your grieving lover's heart?
For throughout eternity,
all life begins and ends.
And when yours hits too hard,
will you continue on?
Or will you choose,
when you've so much to loose,
to simply fade away,
and join eternity?
