Blind Elena

"I could morph her if you want," said blind Elena,
last of the auxiliary Animorphs.
"No thanks," replied Cassie. "It's wrong to raise
the dead."
Elena shrugged and did so anyway. In morph, she could see
everything -- and everyone looking back.
She hung around in L.A. until the casting call for
"Animorph: The Movie". She showed up and wowed
everyone. Overnight, she became a star.
Only Marco knew her. He confronted her at a party, a wild
Hollywood affair. "Why are you doing this?"
She flashed her famous smile, the one she'd worked on. "The
dead are gone. I'm not."
