What is SOLIDER Honour?

Prelude
First off I do NOT own Solider, Shinra Electric Power Co and the other elements in my story from Final Fantasy. However I do own my own OC's and myself.

Just another day in SOLIDER, boring as usual because I'm 2nd class so I get overlooked when assignments get handed out. I think the main reason they keep me on standby is because Sephiroth wants me to protect the Materia Department, maybe it's just a precaution in case something goes awry and someone has to clean it up.
What is SOLIDER you ask? Well we are a mercenary military unit for the Shinra Army, enhanced by Mako by a series of experiments overtaken by Hojo, as he was the one who came up with procedure. We take assignments for different clients as well as for the company with Intel they have gathered by the Turks. The Turks are a team of tactical espionage experts also trained in combat when the need arises. They gather most information on both the company's assets and points of interest for SOLIDER members.
"Billy, I know you want to be in the field fighting for glory and honour but priority comes before one's needs and wants so suck it up and do the assignment I gave you. If you get it done quickly and efficiently I may consider giving you a field assignment." Sephiroth, the SOLIDER hero everyone knows and idolizes, told me his seemingly depressing monotone.
"I know that Sir! But I want to fight Wutai troops not guard scientists whilst they conduct their research in a safe environment Sir!" I protested in a matter of fact tone, knowing I'd still have to do the assignment regardless of my opinion. "At least allow Zack to lend a hand with this!" I requested to no avail, "I'm sorry Billy but Zack is busy on another assignment right now and there's no one else to fill in so by doing this you would be doing me and the department a huge favour." Sephiroth explained to me. I understood that if I was to take the assignment I would not only get on Sephiorth's good side but also the Science Department's as well it would streamline for the most part my acceptance as 1st class by Lazard.
Director Lazard is the head of SOLIDER so naturally if he gave Sephiroth the assignment and he gave me the assignment due to having another, more pressing assignment it meant you wanted to get it done as well as your abilities allow. I mean how hard could it be to keep scientists like Hojo, the department's head and the others safe?
