Ayyy, I rewrote this too, whaat. I'll post rewritten chapters in a jiff, like..right after I rewrite them, cool? Cool. Opp. Bolded stuff means it's the name of the POV. Aaand..I think that's all. Enjoy, I guess.

"Don't be too reckless and always be careful, okay?"

"Okay."

Reckless. That's a word to describe Runo, not me. He used it on me anyway.

Me? My name is Alice Gehabich, born in Moscow, Russia, granddaughter of scientist Michael Gehabich who you might recognize, given he was involved in some..controversial events a few years back. He's better now, I promise. And it shows. In his work, his life, everything. He's not the person everyone thought he was. That was never him.

After he was better, he got back to work again. Took a few months to a year, and he did it: he invented a portal to another dimension. Vestroia, it was called. The Brawlers (yes, that means my friends – Dan, Runo, everyone) had fought hard to stop Naga and succeeded. Everything was better now. At least, for a while...

Just recently, I've heard that Dan had went back to Vestroia. Off to fight another villain, it seems. An Evil Prince..I think. But this time, it was different. Dan went off alone. No one by his side, not even Shun. Seems awfully sketchy, but I feel pretty assured that Dan was safe. He was our defacto leader after all. I'm sure he'll be fine.

It's been a few months, but I've began to settle. I'm here with my grandfather now in Russia. I do believe we're about to work on a new experiment he's been wanting to try out. Now, I just have to know where he's been-

"Alice? Where are you?" Michael called. Alice turned her head to where the voice came from and replied, "Right here, grandfather!" Michael walked over to her and nodded. "Oh, there you are. Listen.. I have a conference to attend to. It's in Great Britain, and it's going to take a few days." He paused, trying to make sure Alice was listening. She seemed to get why he paused and nodded for him to continue. "Now, I know you can take of yourself, but I'll honestly feel better if you stay with your Aunt and Uncle for a while. Is .. is that okay?"

After a beat, Alice nodded. "Of course. I'm sure they wouldn't mind either, right?"

Michael smiled. "Splendid! I will now call them to let them know, hopefully they can pick you up tonight, yes?"

Alice nodded back, smiling.

I .. just agreed. Why in the world did I agree?

I mean, I love my aunt and uncle, they were too kind to take me in last time, when I needed time to myself to reflect about my life then, and my friends..

Now, I don't need to worry about anything. My life has been going pretty great, I guess. No new villains, no sir.

But..he lives there. Klaus von Hertzen.

You're probably wondering, 'who is she talking about?' He's a high-ranked (well, formerly high-ranked, Marucho's taken his place now) Aquos brawler. I first met him the last time I was with my aunt (and uncle), when I was out shopping for food. He seemed like he really..cared for me. Which was enough from anyone I knew then.

Now, I have to see him again. Well, it wasn't necessary but he does live there. Might as well, right?

Okay, enough of this. I have to go pack, I'll catch you guys later!

Love, Alice
