"He's cute and all, but I've got Angel, but I can't tell Zack, Hey, I've got this ultracool undead boyfriend, right?"

Faith's eyes rolled. Buffy'd been talking nonstop for hours. She yearned for Buffy's death, preferably by her stake ramming in her mouth, but it was her duty to protect the world, including the pain in her side. A Vampire lunged for Buffy; Faith whirled and drove her stake home.

"Thanks. I didn't know he was so close!"

"Whatever, B. Just shut up and let's do this patrol right." Faith stalked ahead, fully aware, and uncaring, of Buffy's pouting glare.
