DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the Animés, Tokyo, or anything you recognise.

A/N: I decided to write a short anime crossover. What do y'all think? Should I burn forever for my blasphemy? Lemme know!

Robin sighed and closed her eyes against the dull grey of the overcast sky. It had been threatening to rain for atleast a week now. She fingered her glasses absentmindedly as wind tugged at her hair. Her overcoat was laying on the grass beside her, a silent testament to the warmth in the air. It was fall, and red and gold leaves littered the ground about her, where the dying grass was touched with morning dew. Sure enough, a light sprinkle of rain began and it wasn't long before Robin sat up and tucked the glasses that Amon had given her into a hidden pocket in her black skirt. When the rain started to pour, she stood up and looked across the field.

Lightening danced across the horizon, thunder following closely behind. In mere moments, Robin was soaked, her hair starting to droop a little, her top plastered against her. She kicked a stone, but her attention was pulled back to the horizon as a lightening struck again and a scream filled the air.

Running, she hoped that she wasn't too late.

The lightening had made a black circle, had scortched the ground. Grass was gone within a fifteen foot radius, the scream having died shortly after it had been heard. Inside the circle was a burnt body, nothing distinguishable remaining. A skeleton, like a picture from the holocaust, burnt bones piercing burnt flesh.

She sank to her knees in horror, wondering who it was, if they had a family... something told her that this person had been loved.

From behind her, she heard almost silent footsteps. Turning, she caught view of a boy in red.
He screamed in rage and despair as he rushed towards the body, his long white hair following, bare feet on the burnt ground, bare heart in his cries. Claws reached for the black corpse and held it close, tears falling from golden eyes. His dog-like ears twitched, even now listening to the sounds of nature as his world ended.

Even Robin could feel the pain rolling off him, the emotions hitting her like physical blows as she stood and watched the private scene.

Like a whisper in the wind, she heard him speak softly.

"I never got to tell you that I love you, but I do... I love you Kagome."
