Coming Back
Hey guys, I'm writing yet another oneshot because I'm too lazy to update my story. So, R&R, PM me, and enjoy, or cry, or whatever. (Warning :Contains angst, major character death, depression, and suicide.)
Tears, yet again. His mind raced with sadness as he realized it was the anniversary of the death of his most loved one, Jonathan. Evan cried even more as he knew the very reason why the man he loved so much was dead.
Evan and Jonathan had gone out to drink at a bar, but Evan got one too many. "Evan, you need to stop drinking, that's your 8th one." Jonathan told Evan, who in return just exploded into giggles and slurs. "Calm down Jonathan, this is my last one." Evan mumbled as he chugged the beer in his hand.
"Come on Evan, STOP!" Jonathan shouted as he tugged at the other man's hand. Evan, in return, felt anger start to seep into his body. He lashed out at Jonathan, and accidentally hit him in the head. It would have been fine, if he wouldn't have hit him with the beer bottle.
Jon collapsed onto the floor, unconscious and bleeding from his head. Evan, at first, didn't know what happened, and thought that Jon accidentally fell down. He quickly noticed blood starting to puddle around the other man's head.
"Jon? Jonathan?! Jon, stop playing around, it's not funny! Oh God, JON!"
Evan had called the ambulance, and went in the ambulance with Jonathan. He cried the whole way because he knew it was his fault that this happened. "Why? Why did this have to happen?!"
"I am sorry Evan, but you're friend is brain dead, we are gonna have to disconnect him." The doctor spoke in a solemn tone. Evan slowly slid down the wall and curled into a ball. Again, he was crying, but felt like a part of him was dying with Jonathan. "Can I see him one last time." Evan choked out through tears. The doctor nodded.
Everyone was at Jonathan's funeral. When Evan told the other man's family, it hurt him to hear how much pain was in the voice of Jonathan's parents. He also told the others what happened, and they all wasted their money to go to Jonathan's funeral. Evan was bombarded with many questions, but the most painful one was how did Jonathan die.
After the funeral, Evan wanted to drink, but he promised to himself that he wouldn't drink, EVER AGAIN! He was depressed for a few weeks, but lived with Jonathan's death.
It has now been three years since the death of Jonathan. Evan tried his best to not get into depression again, but failed drastically. He actually felt a little suicidal, so he tried going to a psychiatrist. It didn't work and now, here he was, with a rope tied to the ceiling. He knew that if he did this, he would finally be with Jonathan.
"Here I come Jonathan, after three years."
Evan then got on the chair and put the rope around his neck.
He was coming back.
So, did anyone else cry through the whole story? Ugh, I don't know why I wrote this, but I did. Anyways, review, PM, fav, and I'll see you guys later. - Slimsy
