AN: This was an idea I had when I was watching the House episode Role Model in season one.

Summary: AU ending to the scene where House confronts Chase wondering how he could work with him.
"Dr. Chase we need to talk" said House with a tilt of his head directing Chase to come out in the hallway.
"How do you see this ending?" asked House in the hallway.
"What ending?" asked Chase while looking at House.
"I can't fire you, so you have no reason to fear me therefore no reason to lie to me. You told Cuddy where I was, you told Vogler what I was doing."
"Yeah."
"So how can I work with you?" asked House to Chase.
Chase looks straight into House's azure blue eyes and decides to go for it. So Chase steps up to House and kisses him straight on the lips. He steps back to look at a stunned House and says
"Well you have no choice."
