"What the-?"

X's eyes widened. Surely that couldn't be the Shooting Star? It was locked up in the garage. He had seen it there only five minutes ago.

He shook his head. No, he was imagining things. Dismissing the thought, he continued on his way. That's when it happened again. The black car zipped back by, narrowly missing him. He even felt a breeze from it. He stared after it in astonishment as it rounded a corner. Then his eyes narrowed. 'Speed…'

He gave chase, only having to run for a minute before he caught up with it, parked around the corner. "Speed, get out of my car!" he yelled at it. "Sorry, no Speed here," came a voice from inside the car. His voice.

X stared blankly at the car, thoroughly confused. As soon as it took off, X bolted after it. It was only going 20 at the most, and he was able to keep up with a bit of effort. "SPEED! GIVE ME BACK MY CAR!" he yelled as he ran. He chased it around the entire campus, running out of breath, and still his brother drove on at an annoying slow speed. It was as if Speed was messing with him. That only made X want to tackle him more.

"X? What are you doing?"

Lucy's voice made him stop. He stormed up to her and pointed in the direction of his stolen car. "Speed stole my car! What do you think I'm doing?" he said. Lucy cocked her head in confusion and looked to where he was pointing. "You mean the Shooting Star? Why are you chasing the Mach 6 then?" she asked. X looked to where he had been pointing. The Mach 6 was sitting there, its engine rumbling. "But, wha? How did-?" He looked back at Lucy before turning again towards the Mach 6, except it wasn't the Mach 6 anymore. It was the Shooting Star.

"What the heck is going on? AGH!" he yelled in agitation before running after the car again. After several minutes, he gave up and leaned against a wall, panting as he dialed his brother's phone number. Speed picked up after a few rings. "Hey X. What's up?"

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY CAR?" he hollered into the receiver.

"Woah! I don't know what you're talking about!" came the answer.

"Where are you?"

"By the garages, why?"

X hung up and ran down to the garage. The Shooting Star was sitting in front of Speed's garage. He walked up to it, steaming as the car door opened and his brother stepped out. He took off his helmet, grinning smugly. "Hey X," he greeted cheerily. X growled. "What are you doing IN MY CAR?"

Speed widened his eyes in mock astonishment. "Your car? Terribly sorry, I never noticed it. You see, the silver paint job kinda throws ya' off a bit. Don't you agree, Connor?" X stared at Connor stupidly as he stepped out of the car and typed in something on a tablet-like device. There was a small flash and the Shooting Star was the Mach 6 again. X shook his head. "Huh?" Speed grinned.

"Gotcha, bro!"
