Inside Beast
He felt cold. So cold. Not that it felt unfamiliar, though. It had been cold for him since the day Emeraude had made him what he was now : a power hungry parasite, chased by Protos Heis. He felt so cold, now that he had left Richard. Now that he had been defeated again. Now that Protos Heis was on the verge of killing him once and for all. He was nothing more than a ball of energy, but even like that, he felt so very cold.
Death was coming for him, he knew that. He was waiting for it, for Protos Heis to slice him in halves. After that, everything would be over. Both of them would disappear, and the whole world would get back to what it used to be. He looked at them all. Ah, theose insects ! Those brats ! Stupid humans, but strong enough to defeat him !
He saw the humanoid run twoards him. Ready to slice him. And then, well... He saw this stupid human who always said things as stupid as him to Richard, things like "I'm your sword !" or "I'll protect you". This brat was standing between Heis and him, stopping her.
Why ? Why was he turning towards him, adressing to him with these words ? Why was he so compassionate, what was his problem ? Hadn't he suffered enough, to take him in his heart, thinking he could change ?
"You're being completely absurd, human. I could betray you anytime.
- But you won't. Am I wrong ? I trust you."
Just a short drabble about Lambda, I might do more of these, but it'll probably have to wait for a while. I hope you enjoyed !
