Disclaimer: I don't own Warriors or Song.

Note: Please review! This is an adaption of the poem Song by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. It is basically what I thought Brambleclaw would be saying to Squirrelflight if he loved her before their journey to the sun-drown place. My first PoemFic, I guess you could call it.

Stay, stay at home, Squirrelflight, and rest;

With you safe, I'm happiest,

For those that wander know not where

And are full of trouble, yet full of care;

To stay at home is best.

Weary abd homesick and distressed,

They wander east, they wander west,

And are baffled and beaten and blown about

By the winds and wilderness and doubt;

To stay at home is best.

Then stay at home, Squirrelflight, and rest;

The cat is safest in its nest;

Look for Starclan in the sky,

When a tom is hurt, about to die;

To stay at home is best.
