"Azure? Azuuure?" a voice sang melodically.

"Wh-", the blue fari murmured, as he lay motionless on his back.

"Oh, good! You're awake!" the voice said cheerily.

Azure opened his eyes sleepily and looked up toward the voice. When he did, all he could see against the dark walls of what appeared to be a cave, was a red figure staring down on him.

"Who… who are y-you?" he asked

"I", the figure began confidently, as it stood up and turned away from him, "am eKirby; the spirit of evil, and your new master!"

Azure sat up, "K-Kirby?" he repeated, uncertainly.

"You got it!, The voice said as it's owner spun back toward the boy.

"But not the Kirby you know- she's dead. Well, technically you are the one who's dead, but she may as well be, because you'll never see her again!"

"What are you talking about?" he demanded angrily, "I was talking to her less than- less than…" he trailed off, trying to think back to the conversation he was having with the girl.

He was in a bed, with what felt like a wet cloth wrapped tightly around his abdomen, and Kirby was sobbing beside him. What was she crying about, Azure tried to recall. An accident? Were we in an accident? He wondered. No. She wasn't crying in despair, she was apologizing.

Azure looked to the girl in front of him. She stared back with a wicked grin plastered on her face.

"You." The sitting fari said in a monotone voice. He glared at her as his forgotten memories came flooding back.

Images of Kirby lunging at him, her claws piercing and carving a line down his midsection, played back in his mind.

"You", he repeated, this time through clenched teeth.

"I'm glad you remember" she said coldly.

"I'LL KILL YOU" he yelled as he sprung up and quickly stepped toward her.

Before Azure had the time to plant his other foot on the rough floor, he felt himself hurtling back toward the ground.

"Don't try that with me" eKirby said bitterly.

She stepped toward him lying on his side and reached toward him. Grabbing him with her hand wrapped tightly around the boy's throat, eKirby lifted Azure and pinned him to the rock wall, leaving his feet dangling above the ground.

"There is one thing you have to learn about being in Hell" she said solemnly, "Do you know what that is?"

Azure shook his head, as he tried desperately to take a breath of air, making eKirby push his neck even harder against the wall.

"You must learn that here, I am the master, you are the servant, and that you are to do everything I say- without question. Understand?."

Azure nodded his head frantically as he felt his lungs about to burst.

"Good" eKirby said, before vanishing into thin air, dropping Azure roughly onto the ground, where he remained, gasping for air, and wondering what would become of him.
