Hey, this is a poem that literally just came to me while I was in the shower. I think I did pretty good with it. I hope you like it and review or PM me if you did.
Look Up
By Whatever You Think My Real Name Is
Look up,
What do you see,
A landscape above us,
Made of pure beauty.
Look up,
What do you find,
The sun and clouds,
With even more behind.
When you think about it,
It is quite the sight,
But to me nothing compares,
To what comes out at night.
Look up then,
What do you see,
Another landscape,
Left to be.
Instead of something,
To light the way,
There are others,
Who I wish would stay.
These others,
Are the moon and stars,
They look so close,
Yet so far.
They are always there,
Sometimes in an arc,
Always there,
In the middle of the dark.
The sight embraces you,
With open arms,
Holding you,
Bringing no harm.
Do not fear,
The night is great,
Yet some seem to be,
Filled with hate.
They look,
Yet they do not see,
The wonders of the night,
And its natural beauty.
Well there you go. I hope you liked it. It took me only a few minutes to think of and write. I am currently writing the 6th chapter of New Feelings. This just popped into my head and I wanted to post it before I forgot. Review please, it gives me inspiration to write faster and I haven't had much inspiration.
