Fairy Dust Author's notes: Well, here it is! Part four of that bizarre little poem series. ^_^ This one is Palmon's poem, and I really don't like the way it turned out... it's too... er... I dunno. I just don't like it. Oh, I know why! It's CHEEZY! Oh well... Mwahaha.

"Fairy Dust"

Flower petals and sunshine,
The first step to the path of time.
Sunbeams and starlight,
The next step to taking flight.

Butterfly wings and nectar so sweet,
The third step to a perfect treat.
Love and light and all things divine,
That's the fourth step to aging the wine.

A dash of this, a snippet of that,
Make it up, then give it away
Yet it is never lost, I'll garontee that,
My fairy magic will last 'till your dying day.
It's in the crest, so let's put it to the test,
The magic of purity and truth.
So says the sun, and the wind, and the rain,
I can feel it in the earth.... we will meet again.

A song so sweet to one's ears,
The fifth step to conquering fears.
Gentle hands and kind eyes,
The sixth step to seeing the way time flies.

A good heart, that's what comes next,
The seventh step in the spell of the crest.
A pure soul, that's the end,
The final step in time you have to spend.

A dash of this, a snippet of that,
Put it together, then give it away
But you'll never lose it, rest assured,
My fairy magic will last 'till your dying day.
It's spelt in the crest, so let's put it to the test,
The magic within purity and truth.
So says the sun, and the wind, and the rain,
I can feel it in the earth... we will meet again.

And so, I give you this gift,
The gift only you can have.
The gift of my soul, of my heart, of my flesh,
Of sunbeams and flowerpetals and all the rest.
So I bid you au revoir, such a tearful goodbye,
Until we meet again.... I don't want you to cry.
