"I can't stand it Matsumoto," Toshiro sighed, heaving the last of the candy inside the door.
Generally, he would give the candy to anyone who came in, which was usually Yachiru after she heard that Hitsugaya was giving away his candy again.
Where she got her sources? Nobody knows.
"Stand what, Taichou?" Matsumoto asked as she sorted the papers from most important to least.
"Ukitake and his candy!" Hitsugaya shouted with anger, "I hate candy!"
Matsumoto was taken back as she flicked her orange hair from her eyes.
"Then why do you eat it, Taichou?" She asked, turning to her captain that collapsed in his seat.
"Because he's always so sick I can't just leave it. Why am I so noble sometimes?" Hitsugaya sighed as he put his head on his desk.
"Uh Taichou?" Matsumoto asked and Hitsugaya raised his head, blowing his white hair from his face.
"What?"
"Uh, just wondering," Matsumoto asked, "Is the reason you don't like candy because of…"
"It's too sweet,"
"But you can get sour candy too,"
"It's still too sweet,"
"Really? The sour stuff can sometimes be awful… but it still tastes nice," Matsumoto said, putting a finger to her chin and sighing, "But then again, nothing could be as sour as you sometimes, Taichou."
"What do you mean by that?" Hitsugaya asked.
"Nothing! Nothing!"
"Yeah right," Hitsugaya sighed, leaning back on the chair.
"You do know, Taichou…" Matsumoto sighed, "You could just ask Ukitake-taichou to stop giving you the candy."
