Chapter 1
The Scream
"Arggh!"
A loud, high scream echoed through Kong Studios. Murdoc swore and ran to find out who it was who was screaming. First place he looked was 2d's room. If the scream was high, then it was most probably him.
"Dullard?" Murdoc asked, very angry because he had been drinking heavily the night before.
"Yeah?" answered 2d, from under his duvet.
"Was that you screeching your throat out?" Murdoc growled, walking over to the lead singer's bed, kicking a keyboard.
"Why does everyone assume it's me when they hear a scream?" 2d whined.
"Two reasons. One- You have that high voice, so it sounds as if you are always screaming, and two- you're a coward, so you DO scream all the time." Murdoc replied, quickly nicking a box of cigarettes off the table near the bed.
"Oh, right. Thanks for that Muds." 2d muttered, "Anyway, my voice isn't that high… is it?"
"Oh, you are such a dullard, aren't you?" Murdoc drawled, "Don't even know what ya own voice sounds like. You're more of a girl than Noodle!"
They both suddenly realised. Noodle! Something must be seriously wrong if Noodle was screaming! 2d scrambled out from under his duvet like a cat on steroids. Honestly, he was that fast! Murdoc shoved him back on to his bed, using the singers head to get a head (1) start.
1- Get it – head? Ha ha ha hah! Tumbleweed tumbles past somebody coughs honestly, don't you people have a sense of humour?
