(A/N: here's the updated version of the story I've promised to continue for ages. You can read the prologue, or you can skip it, Your choice. I've made some changes, however, so I highly suggest reading/re-reading this because it helps explain the fifth chapter -when I repost it- and the new additions to the plot line, so if you don't read it you're probably going to be very confused about the updates. Anyway, your choice! .'p )

Prologue:

It was a beautiful, bright, and shiny day in Australia. The Beatles' were relaxing in their lovely little cream-colored home along the outskirts of town. Mr. Beatles was relaxing in his living room chair, reading the newspaper, while Mrs. Beatles rested her head and feet on two pillows on the couch taking a slight nap.

"Honey!" Mrs. Beatles frantically called for her husband.

"What is it dear?" Asked a somewhat confused Mr. Beatles

"I'm 9 months pregnant, and I'm screaming in pain... WHAT DO YOU THINK IT IS! IT'S TIME FOR OUR BABY!"

"Oh my ...! I'll help you to the car" he said as he raced to his wife and helped her into his car.

He drove his wife to the hospital, as quickly as he safely could. Upon their arrival, Mrs. Beatles was sent to the delivery room, while Mr. Beatles had to wait outside. He paced back and forth, nervous about his upcoming duty of fatherhood, and a wreck worrying over his beloved wife. He had become so entangled in his swirling mess of a mind, that he almost didn't hear the doctor approach him.

"Mr. Beatles?"

"Yes, what is it doctor?"

"You may see your wife now"

He rushed into the room and to his wife's bedside, but did not see a baby.

"Honey, how are you feeling? and how's our son?"

"Actually, we have a girl, the nurses are just cleaning her up. And I'm fine dear, don't worry so much."

He sighed in relief and hugged his wife, happier than ever that she was safe and looking forward to raising their newly born daughter into a young lady.

"Would you like to hold your daughter, Mr. Beatles?" asked the doctor as she returned into the room.

He looked at his tired wife, who so peacefully watched the doctor carry their daughter back to them.

"Would you like to hold her first honey? After all, you did all the hard work for her."

Mrs. Beatles smiled as she looked back to her husband

"Oh I didn't let them leave the room with her before I got to hold her. You go ahead, dear."

He was quite nervous, as the little baby looked so tiny and frail. He hadn't had much experience with babies and he certainly didn't want to hurt her, but he was also too excited to hold his baby girl for the first time.

"Alright" he said as the doctor slowly, gently handed him his little bundle of tears and blanket.

Suddenly, as his wife watched, he was both simultaneously overwhelmed with a sense of guard akin to the alpha-wolf of a pack, while taking the gentle care of a mother hen to her new baby chicks as he watched the tiny eyes of the baby in his arms lock into his. A tiny smile replaced the large cries of the small infant, and he knew this little baby would surely be the biggest force driving his life.

"Have you thought about what you're going to name her?" asked the doctor as she watched the new father stare at his newborn child.

It took a minute to occur to him, but he remembered she was a tiny person, and every person needed a name.

"You know," Mrs. Beatles began "I had a list all picked out, mostly boy names since I was sure she was a boy, but a few girl's names too, and I just don't really think any of them suit her.

"Well, I'm sure you'll figure it out. If you need me, just press the button on the bed."

"Thank you, we will" Mr. Beatles said as the doctor quietly left the room, before turning his attention back to his wife.

"She needs a special name, nothing like Madison or Lily."

Mrs. Beatles gave a light laugh in response "I definitely don't think Lily would be a good name for her, she definitely had me fooled into thinking she was a boy in there."

"Well if we gave her a boy's name, she would be unique from the other girls"

Mrs. Beatles loved all things girly and was thrilled at the surprise of having a daughter. However she did know her daughter was going to be different. She didn't know how, she just knew; so she pondered the idea.

"...I really do like the name I had picked out before she was born. Do you still think Wallabee is a good name for our daughter?"

"I think Wallabee would be a wonderful name for our daughter, dear."

Their daughter, Wallibbi Beatles was born on that warm, sunny day.

(A/N: Upon re-reading this chapter, I realized that the original, in which Walli is born intersexed and her parents pick her gender for her, was very trans-phobic. It wasn't meant to be, and I know some trans people so I decided to give it a more LGBT-friendly overhaul. -heaven forbid a girl who was in the closet wrote a lesbian love story that was LGBT-offensive. The cruel irony was eating me! c; lol. Hope you enjoy the update, and the rest of the story!)
