"What the hell man?!" Maya and Riley look up in union from their homework; well for one it was just a paper to doodle on to the door of the shop.

"Hi Jack!" Riley says excitedly already standing to greet him. She had only meet him once but knew he was a good friend of her parents and that was good enough for her. Plus she hoped to somehow if even just by her sunny deposition to calm him. When he walks right past without acknowledging her at all Riley can't help to pout. Maya stands as well and the girls follow him with their eyes as he stops at the counter where Shawn stood talking with Cory.

"Hi Jack!" Father like daughter. Jack again ignores. Just glaring at Shawn.

"It's been awhile Jack. How are you?"

"What the hell Shawn?!" Jack questions again hitting the table with a closed fist. The girls exchange a what the hell is happening look with tiny smiles. This was gonna get good and they were ready for it.

"What?" Shawn inquires just staring him down.

"What do you mean what?! You got married!"

"I did." Maya finds herself filled with joy over that.

"And you didn't think to tell me?!" Shawn stands up forcing Jack to cower back a few steps himself.

"Nope. I didn't see the point."

"You didn't see the point? You didn't see the point?!"

"Okay Jack maybe we should calm down…" Cory jumps into teaching mood trying to stand between the two of them.

"Stay out of it Matthews!" Both bark at him.

"I know we've had our differences man but seriously?"

"Like I said I didn't see the point." Maya and Riley walk over to the trio. Maya places her hand on Shawn's shoulder.

"What's going on? Who is this?"

"Oh this is Jack. He grew up with my dad and Shawn. Right?"

"Yeah. We did. But also…"

"He's my brother." Shawn finishes.

"Wait you have a brother?!"

"He's your brother?!" The girls say on top of each other.

"Half brothers." Shawn adds on quickly.

"I thought we were over that man."

"I mean I thought so too. But after barley hearing from you in over ten years I didn't see the point in acknowledging you or inviting you to my wedding." Jack just stares at him in shock.

"You know what man? Whatever. I hope you're happy. Nice to see you again Cory, Riley." He turns to leave. Riley looks up to her dad with pleading eyes.

"Shawn come on buddy." He hisses.

"I have all the family I need here."

"But Uncle Shawn he's your brother!"

"Than he should have acted like it! Seriously guys I'm okay." Maya squeezes his shoulder to get his attention.

"Look Shawn I don't know what happened between you two but he's your brother. He's here. A part of him cares. And perhaps to move on to a better future that we both deserve instead of burying the past we have to accept it and even embrace it." Shawn sighs. Jack is at the door hand on the handle.

"Jack! Would you like to have coffee or something?" Riley gives a tiny cheer.

"I would like that. Thank you."
