Through The Eyes of Pein

Hey,

This is just a poem I felt like writing. Do you love it? Do you hate it? Please, let me know.

Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto. Although, I wish I did. It belongs to Kishimoto.

Pein.

Pein showed no mercy, he showed no remorse.

He watched the village of Konoha turned into a grave for every citizen, for every corpse.

He watched some leaf shinobi fall, as he held Konoha in his grasp.

He watched Naruto hold a dying Sakura, as she tried to breathe, letting out a painful gasp.

Before her final moments she whispered into her teammate's ear. "Naruto, avenge us all. You are the strongest of us here."

Shino, Hinata, and Kiba watched as the medic-nin took her final breath, slipping forever into the arms of death.

The heiress of the Hyuuga clan looked around her, seeing the destruction of the village she once knew. In a low whisper, her voice asked, "N-Naruto, what are we going to do?"

In silence the leaf shinobi sat, contemplating their fate. Pein stared down from below, his eyes filled with hate.

Tsunade had told him of this boy, how he never gave up or how he refused to give in.

He pictured her last words as she coughed up blood. He saw the smirk on her face as she uttered, "As long as Naruto Uzumaki is still breathing, you'll never win."

Pein had seen Sasuke Uchiha as he had come back to the remains of his village, with his sword raised in hand. Ready to avenge his brother and the rest of his clan.

He saw Sasuke raise his sword and Naruto eyes filled with rage as the two began to battle. Neither one of them held back. Finally, Sasuke fell in anger as he had lost the fight. Naruto had an advantage; he still had his sight…

To be continued…

I'm going to add a second part to this. So, don't worry. Sorry that this is so short.

Adios,
