Authors Note: You should not be reading this if 1. You have a problem with Bleach, 2. You have a problem having to do with Karin or Chad from Bleach, 3. You have a problem with this pairing, or 4. You have a problem with this pairing due to it being a sort of pedophile-ish romance. Now, on with the fiction.
He would always ask himself why he did this. He laid sideways, heavy head resting on his arm, sighing heavily, his breathing intermixing with hers. Sado Yasutora never would've guessed, that, although not physically, yet, he loved Kurosaki Karin. She was everything; she could always kick like Ichigo, see ghosts, and when she just couldn't fight any longer, Yasutora would raise his blood-stained, black and red fist, and, quite frankly, annihilate the enemy.
It was wrong. He looked at what are her eyes under eyelids, and breathed. She would stir every now and then, and he would hold his breath until she was comfortable and continue breathing.
"Chad?"
Karin asked his name as if it were something so common, he was oxygen. He loved that. The only other people to ever call him Chad, aside from Ichigo, were his less than best friends, but, there was something about the way Karin said it. She enounced his name like she didn't care how it sounded, like he was no rarity and nothing special. That's what Sado needs, somebody that would finally let him embrace them just because he felt like it, and not fear him. And, to not fear such power would be something that anybody would regret, but, no, she didn't, she refused.
"Hmm?"
"W-why can't we show anybody, not even Ichi-nee-san, how much we've…f-fallen for each other?"
She formed a tighter ball, holding her knees against her hasn't-developed-yet chest. She was crying small tears, eyes shut tightly, and Chad just sighed. He outstretched his used-to-be-resting arm and hugged her with it, playing with her hair with the other one.
"Karin, I…I only have one answer to that question, and we both know what it is…"
"I know…Chad?"
"Yeah?"
"It's because what we have…it isn't right is it?"
"A-at least not yet…"
"I can wait, and while I wait, I promise not to get into too much trouble."
Chad chuckled. She was just like her brother, always making promises, and most probably always managing to keep them, no matter how impossiblethey would seem. She had opened her eyes now, and was looking at Chad, breaking through his shield, and she just smiled and blushed. She was wrong and right and perfect and she just leaned in and kissed Chad softly on the lips. She spoke two words Chad had taught her some time before.
"Te amo."
She smiled, and he smiled back. He did this because he couldn't risk losing and not protecting what was wrong now but sooner or later would seem just as right and normal as the air that they both breathed.
"Yo tambien te amo."
