Disclaimer- I don't any of the characters I am just taking them for a ride
I hate being sick, it make me feel blah. There is nothing in this world that, I hate more than feeling blah. Harry was not helping with his constant hovering.
"Harry if you don't leave me be, I am going to hex you!" I said slamming the bathroom door and getting sick for the third day in a row.
I could hear him pacing on the other side of the door
"Maybe we should..." I heard him begin
"Harry, leave me alone." I yelled, this stopped him in mid sentence, I never yell unless I am sick, which I am if you haven't caught on by now. I splashed water on my face and peeked out the door, Harry must have gotten the hint and left, I slunk my way to the bed and curled up, pulling the blankets over my head, I didn't plan to move for at least a week. A short time later I heard voices from the other room.
"I tried to get her to go to a Healer, she refuses says she will get over it. But I am worried."
"Don't worry Harry; I'll have a look at her why don't you go make us a cuppa."
Just as I feared Ginny Weasley walked into my room, its not that I don't adore Ginny it's just that I looked
awful and was in the mood that I would have thrown a shoe, had there been one close enough to throw, and I had the energy to throw it. I groaned and cuddled further down into the bed.
"Go, away." I growled
"My, my aren't we in a fine mood." Ginny laughed "Your acting worse than Neville when he had the flu last month. Do I have to bribe you to let me examine you the way I do my little Arthur?"
Oh great she was comparing me to her and Neville's three year old, I thought healers were suppose to be compassionate. I glared at her, hoping it would have some effect. Harry has told me before when I tried to use the look on him that my misty grey eyes wouldn't scare a nargle. Which goes to show he knows nothing about nargles, they would never even notice if I glared at them. She laughed at me again of all the bloody things I was tempted to stick my tongue out at her but knew it would just cause another comparison to her son so I resisted.
"I didn't ask you here, go away." I tried again
"No, Harry did now let me take your temperature before I have to use petrificus totalus on you."
Now I really did stick out my tongue, but unburied myself, I didn't doubt she would curse me. She asked a lot of questions healers usually do, which was the reason I was trying to avoid going to hospital in the first place.
"Well, the good news is it's not the Flu." I looked at her perplexed "I do believe you're pregnant, you'll have to come to St Mungos for further tests to be sure."
"Pregnant! Can't a twenty four year old woman be tired, and get sick in the morning without people assuming…" I trailed off. Holy Hippogriff I was pregnant. This just goes to show how my mind works when I am not feeling well. I laid my hands over my still flat stomach and smiled. My very Luna smile, Harry was going to be thrilled.
A/N Thanks for the help Kara
