Masigla says, hey guys! This is a drabble I submitted for a challenge at a LiveJournal community, and I thought it worthy enough that I could actually upload it to ffnet for you all to enjoy! So... enjoy! ...and review!
For those of you who have the Kingdom Hearts II soundtrack, I highly reccommend reading this drabble while listening to the Twilight Town background music (Lazy Afternoons). Hahah XD.

Let it Fall

When they checked into a local inn and found comfort near a fireplace, it was only Sora who even dared to brave the cold once again. Snow was something he was not accustomed to—his home being a place of tropical climate. After their escapades in The Land of Dragons, the white, powdery substance had fascinated Sora, and winter in Twilight Town was definitely something to take advantage of. Taking a deep breath (the last of warm air until a while later), he pushed the double doors open and walked along the sidewalk with many other civilians.
His surroundings were predominantly white due to the recent snowfall, and many children were outside throwing snowballs at each other or making snowmen. He stopped to look at the innocent beings, wishing it snowed in Destiny Islands so he could have experience this when he was young, with Kairi, Riku, and all his other companions.
He continued to walk along the serene streets of Twilight Town until he reached what seemed like a park, with a frozen fountain in its center. This sight was a favorite for children wishing to play in the snow, thus there was quite a number of them. Sora smiled, taking a seat on the rim of the fountain to watch the children play.
"Oww!" A girl cried out, a friend of hers hitting her on the back with a snowball. She looked to be around the age of 5, and didn't tolerate any negative feelings very well. Her eyes started to water as her friend rushed over to apologize repeatedly. The girl finally calmed down.
Sora was instantly reminded of Kairi when she was younger and had been in Destiny Islands for only a few weeks. They were playing in the sea when Sora splashed Kairi with ocean water, making her upset. He was forced to apologize by Riku, and after a few, Kairi finally forgave Sora. He smiled goofily as he remembered her.
He snapped out of his reminiscent state when he sneezed. His mind told himself that he was definitely underdressed for the weather, and was screaming for him to return inside, where it was warm. Sora stood up, jamming his hands into his pockets for fear of frostbite and started for the inn.
"Hey, look, mommy!" the same girl called out to her mother, "It's snowing again!"
Sora stopped in his tracks, looking up at the seemingly white sky as snow started falling gracefully down onto Twilight Town once again. He stuck out his tongue and let the snow land on it, melting and quenching his thirst. Though his body desperately needed him to return to warmth, Sora did not obey.
He stood there idly, letting the elegant diamond dust fall on him as much as nature allowed it to.
"I wish Kairi and Riku were here to enjoy this." he silently wished.
