Kurt took a deep breath, and began pacing back and forth. How was he going to tell his dad? Maybe he should just say it. But what if his dad stopped loving him because of it?! Kurt pushed the idea from his mind. His father would understand!
Kurt cleared his throat a few times, but never said anything when he did. His father wished Kurt would just say what he had to say—Deadliest Catch was on soon, and he didn't want to miss it. Finally, Kurt got up the courage to say it.
"I'm not sure how to say this, Dad…" He started, running a hand through his hair. His father would be so disappointed in him! Kurt wished he could be like the other kids, and not have to be that way, but unfortunately, Kurt would never be normal.
Then again, Kurt was almost positive there were some others, that were…like him. He was sure of Mr. Schuester, and had deduced that Finn and Puck were in denial. Kurt would just be the first to admit it. Kurt stopped pacing, and closed his eyes. "Dad, I'm…a Trekkie."
