AN In the Stolen Earth Jack isn't surprised by Rose's return. This is my take on it
Jack had been surprised when the familiar blonde appeared in a flash of blue light. And after sweeping her up in giant hug practically that broke her ribs. The obvious questions came up. "Rose how did you get here? The Doctor said it was impossible! He exclaimed. "Wouldn't be the first time he was wrong." Rose stated cheekily. "Dimension Canon" She said holding up the silver disc. Jacks face was a picture of total joy. "So your back for good?" Rose's face fell and so did Jack's "Its not stable yet I can't stay for long." She said sadly. " but what about the Doctor?" Jack asked. "You can not tell him." Rose demanded I don't want to break his hearts." She whispered her voice breaking. "How long do you have?" Inquired Jack. "Not much longer" With that Jack swept Rose up in a hug "I missed you Rosie" He mumbled into her hair. "Me to Jack." Cried Rose.
Then she was gone. Jack was left alone. "Good luck Rosie." He whispered. Turning he left the room.
