A Fated Meeting
Tsukino Usagi, age 7 just starting Elementary School just left school after her first day. She however, was unhappy with it all because she got teased about her hair.
'Hic...hic...'
'Ohya ohya, why are you crying, chibi-chan?' Usagi looked up to see a really beautiful woman in a white shirt and purple skirt. She was with a man wearing glasses.
'Everyone at school made fun of my name and hair!' Usagi cried. 'I don't wanna go to school anymore!'
'Well, kids are always like that to someone they see as 'different'.' said the man. 'Your hairstyle is 'weird' because its from a western and chinese origin, something they don't know about thus see and don't like it because it's 'weird' for now, but when they're older, they'll understand eventually.'
'Oh...chinese? Western?'
'Most chinese girls wear their hair in buns like these.' the lady tapped the odangos with her fingers. 'And then you have ringlets! These things behind your buns.'
'Oh...so that's what they're called...but mommy always makes my hair like this ever since she tells me to wear my hair long.' said Usagi.
'Heee...well for now, change your style chibi-chan. Kids these days are what you call 'innocently insensitive'. They hurt others with words without knowing it just for disliking what's different.' said the woman.
'That's so mean...not everyone's the same.' Usagi sulked. 'We're all different.'
'Well, let's take off those buns.' the lady removed the numerous hairpins, and combed her hair that it's straight and long enough to reach her waist. 'By the way kiddo, wanna see something nice?'
'Eh?'
The lady placed a hand over her and Usagi felt a push within her that caused pure-white glowing lines to appear on her body.
'Neesan, what's this?' Usagi croaked as she saw the lines. 'It feels warm.'
'You can use magic, chibi-chan.' the lady smiled as Usagi lit up. 'However, Shiki and I are unfit for teaching, so we will send someone your way, OK? Do you remember how to activate those lines?'
'Yeah...I had to imagine warm water pouring on me, like from the baths!' Usagi chirped. 'What are they anyway?'
'They are called 'Magic Circuits'. Its something only magic-users can have within their souls. But it appears all over our body because our life occupies our entire body, right? We magic users have a set amount of magical energy but if we run out, our circuits will replenish us in time. It could take hours though. But chibi-chan, use that powers to protect and help only, OK?'
'OK.' Usagi smiled. 'I'm not a bad kid.'
'By the way, what's your name?'
'Its a cute name but the mean kids say my name is funny.' Usagi scowled. 'Tsukino Usagi.'
'That's a cute name because its from a fairy tale story by itself.' the man chuckled as he told Usagi the story about the Rabbit of the Moon. '...with a last name like yours, your parents probably had that fairy tale in mind. Besides, rabbits are cute, cuddly and fluffy! What's not to like about rabbits?'
'Heee...'
'So its a cute name no matter what anyone says.' the man smiled. 'Good parents are always very thoughtful when they name their children. It would always have a good meaning they're proud of for their child to have. So always think of your parents and what a cute name you have. Don't listen to the mean kids.'
Usagi never felt better than before that she sported a happy smile.
'Un!'
'Usagi! Usagi!' a frantic woman cried from somewhere.
'Ah, that's mama.' Usagi blinked.
'Did you run from school Usagi-chan?' the woman asked her.
'Yeah...I ran away as soon as the bell rang...my teacher probably phoned home.' Usagi gulped.
'We'll explain the situation OK?' the man smiled.
As soon as they followed the voice to see a blue-haired woman looking around and frantically calling...the two strangers spoke to her mother while Usagi remained behind the adults after which, they left.
'Usagi, are you OK now? Those people told me how your first day at school went...' Ikuko fretted out.
'Un but they made me feel better mama.' said Usagi. 'I'm not a bad kid. I have a cute name. That's what I should think about, they said.'
'That's my girl.' Ikuko smiled as they went home together.

'Arcuied.' Shiki went stone-faced as they watched the pair go. 'Those two...'
'Yeah. I saw it too.' said Arcuied, just as unhappy. 'You killed it while I distracted the kid by awakening her magic, right? Really powerful too that one day, she'd be as scary as me or worse.' she chuckled. 'But I can accept that.'
'Yeah. The mother has it too. A strange compulsion of sorts.' said Shiki. 'We better follow them home and stake out the father. He might be affected too. If we destroy what compels that family for a purpose we don't know...Usagi-chan will be safer and happier. That spell is tied to her own hair for some reason. And we better find more abnormalities in Juuban.'
'Gotcha.' and the two began their work.
They have no idea just how much they changed little Usagi's fate by simply talking to her and removing a compulsion on her person...and some others.
But they found one problematic person that they decided to keep an eye on her as no matter what Shiki does, her 'problem' just can't die!

The Church, Burial Agency...
Ciel twitched.
'Why do I have to babysit?!' she cried upon receiving a letter.
'Huh? We're the Burial Agency, we don't babysit, what are you talking about?' Merem asked her.
'I got a letter from Brunestud...'
'WHAT?!' Merem gasped in excitement. 'What's it say?!'
'Eto...'
Ciel,
I know we got a rather rough history in Misaki-cho
but I know I can count on you for this one. I'll ask you
to do babysitting and tutoring job, m'kay?
You see, Shiki and I met a rather interesting child.
Tsukino Usagi-chan. She possesses a compulsion
spell on her hair, saying that her mother always
ties her hair in a certain way. Her family possesses
a form of compulsion, even their own house and land
has it and her father's own office!
That hairstyle however, is only unique to the
Moon Dynasty before they were wiped out by a
malevolent force. Usagi-chan must possibly be a
reincarnate of the Lunarian Kingdom that existed
before Crimson Brunestud became Type Moon.
Ciel and Merem exchanged looks.
To prove she was, when I activated her Magic Circuits,
she possesses the Lunarian Kingdom's Celestial SilverLight
Magic Circuits, a deity-class power and she's insanely
powerful. She must be royalty in the past. Raise her well
for me since I can never teach anybody even if I want to.
Raise her to be a wonderful princess good, kind, humble
and modest with no bias towards anybody while having a
spine of steel.
Have Merem come with you and watch over the little
princess for me. Those who placed that compulsion might
come back. They clearly have ill will towards her if they
predetermined her actions by placing spells on her hair
and make her act on those compulsions.
-A. Brunestud.
P.S- watch Meiou Setsuna. No matter how Shiki destroys
it with his ability, it keeps coming back. She is a person of
interest.
'...let's go. We cannot overlook this.' said Merem. 'Princess wishes to protect a fellow princess.'
'Hopefully we're not called for jobs while we're teaching.' Ciel sighed. 'She sent us the location, pictures, the whole package.'
'Oh don't worry, I can create a cute daemon familiar to watch over the child while we're gone, no worries there.' Merem smiled.
'Well, be sure its child-friendly!' Ciel reminded him. 'I want to know everything about this kid and Arcuied is hardly interested in anything but her job!'
'Sou ne...it means a lot if something caught her eye.' Merem agreed. 'To protect a reincarnated ancient princess...I wonder what destroyed them before Brunestud-sama became Type Moon?' he frowned.
'Beats me. Somebody from somewhere must have outgunned them in power.' said Ciel. 'We better move. Magi are an unlikable lot. If a magus spots her first, that child is toast. And to possess a brand of circuits that may put the Barthomeloi's to shame...yeah, we better make a strong one out of that kid.'
And so, in Japan...
Usagi met her two teachers. Kids dressed like 'church people'. 'Ano...dare, oneesan, oniisan?'
'Remember that pretty lady you met?' Ciel looked at the little girl kindly. 'She promised you teachers and here we are!'
'Ah!'
