Dream Land:
Tenten was returning home from yet another endless and exhausting training session with the Hyuga prodigy. She never minded him or his Jyuken. She just hated when he'd convince her to train for extra hours with him. On the other hand, she did like the idea of getting closer to her secret crush.
'I've been crushing on him for 2 years now… It's time to confess… I mean 2 years is a long time. And it's kind of sad', thought a sulking kunoichi. She was toughest when it came to being a girl in Konoha.
I mean be come on… Like confessing to the hottest prodigy to have ever lived would be THAT hard… Tsk Heheh….. Eh…
"Alright! Tomorrow morning I will confess my love! No exceptions".
The Next Morning…
"Tenten. Wait up!"
Tenten didn't stop running before she reached her house. She stepped in and locked the door behind, leaning her back against it.
Outside, you could hear a certain Hyuga ask himself what he had done wrong.
"What have I done wrong?"
Just like that…
'Doesn't she like me? I thought she did… I mean the narrator mentioned a crush somewhere in the middle of the story'.
Narrator: How do you know that?
"Tsk…Pfft…Well… I am Neji Hyuga…"
Narrator: Whatever… I'm going to Tenten's place…
Tenten's House:
Tenten sighed happily as she dropped to the floor.
'He really does… Like me back…'
Tenten could picture it all. Wedding bells. Honey moon. Kids. Cake…
Mmmm… Cake…
She shook her head, letting her fantasy with Neji disintegrate into the air. He could've meant like her as a teammate and if he did she didn't want to have her heart torn out at the age of 16.
"Tenten?"
She heard a familiar voice call her name from behind the door.
"Yes, Neji?"
"You Ok?"
"Yeh… I'm fine… What did you mean by 'I Really like you'?"
"Hn", he said with a smirk, as if she could see him.
"I meant that I like you… I don't know how to really say this, but I've been thinking about you a lot lately and I think I'm in love with you".
The second those words were transmitted to her brain cells, her heart leaped so high you'd think the sky was red (Because Tenten has a big heart =D).
Tenten quickly opened the door and fell into Neji's arms. She looked deeply into his beautiful eyes.
"Oh Neji-kun!"
"Tenten-Chan!"
Slowly but surely, they're lips were closing in on one another until…
*BUZZ*
*BUZZ*
Tenten fell out of her bed, but got to her feet almost instantaneously after her fall.
"Sweet mother of John… You did not just do that!!!" Tenten screamed pointing at her alarm clock with raging aura all around her body.
"Hey, Tenten".
Tenten turned to her window, blushing when she realized she was still in her pyjamas.
"Um… You're late for training, I thought something happened so I rushed over but seeing as you're awake… Make yourself useful and help me practice my…" Neji was unconscious after being hit on the head with a metal mace that was hung on Tenten's wall.
"CAN IT! HYUGA".
Tenten relaxed and took a deep breath.
She looked at her bead… Neji was unconscious SO
It's BACK TO DREAM LAND FOR THIS LITTLE KUNOICHI.
