This happened to me, but without an Atobe to buy me stuff. Five thousand yen is about fifty dollars. -Rin

Atobe Keigo and his friend Akutagawa Jirou were out shopping, or rather, Jirou was shopping. Atobe was merely mocking the store for being so "cheap."

When they were walking into the store, Jirou had stopped in front of the automatic doors and snapped, making them open.

"Woooaahhh, that was cool! It's like when you snap and everybody stops talking. It's fun!" Jirou had been very enthusiastic. Atobe had merely raised his eyebrows.

Now they were checking off items on Jirou's shopping list as they put them in the basket he was holding. Atobe tried to point out more high-quality brands, but Jirou just smiled and said he was happy with he normally used.

It was a month before Easter, so the seasonal aisle was filled with eggs and rabbits. Jirou ooh-ed and ahh-ed over all the rabbit-eared headbands and brightly colored baskets while Atobe examined a chocolate rabbit.

"Waaaaaahh!" Atobe looked up to see Jirou clinging to a giant pink...what was it? When he got closer, he was able to tell that it was a stuffed Peep rabbit.

"Jirou, what are you doing?"

"Keigo! Look, isn't it cute!" He held it out for his friend to see. "It's so huggable!" He hugged it again to prove his point. Atobe didn't see what was so cute about it, but if Jirou liked it, who was he to judge?

"Awww, it's five thousand yen!" He pouted and put the rabbit back on the shelf. "I can't spend that much on a stuffed animal." Atobe frowned.

"You don't need it anyway, right? It's only a toy."

"Yeah, but it's a really good one. And I could use it as a pillow too. It's really soft, and squishy, and it's really cute." Atobe sighed.

"Do you really want it?" Jirou nodded.

"Yeah, but I can't afford it." Atobe looked around and spotted an employee. He snapped, and she turned to look at the two boys.

"Ore-sama will be purchasing this. Put it in a bag." She gave him a funny look, but complied with his demand.

Jirou was beaming as they left the store, clinging to his new stuffed rabbit.

"You're the best, Keigo!" Atobe smiled.

"I know."
