Hi guys. I really don't have any inspiration to my other fanfic, A Saturday Night, but I promise to continue when I get some. This is a song fic. It's after Ross and Rachel's break-up, and it's built on the song "Way Back Into Love" from the movie Music & Lyrics. Just a little idea I got, not that big of a deal. Enjoy.

Way Back Into Love
I've been living with a shadow over head
Rachel: "I hate that I still love your stupid brother."
I've been sleeping with a cloud above my bed
Monica: "Honey you'll be fine… you guys will work it out."
I've been lonely for so long
Phoebe: "Yeah. You are after all Ross and Rachel."
Trapped in the past I just can't seem to move on
Rachel: "No Phoebe. We're not. Okay? I just… I need to get over him."
I've been hiding all my hopes and dreams away
Ross: "She really hates me, I'm such an idiot."
Just in case I ever need them again some day
Chandler: "I don't know Ross… I hope you'll work it out."
I've been setting aside time
Joey: "Yeah, me too. I'm sure you will."
To clear a little space in the corners of my mind
Ross: "But I still don't understand how I managed to ruin this?"
All I wanna do is find a way back into love
Ross: "Look Rach…"
I can't make it through without a way back into love
Ross: "I can't live without you and I know that what I did really hurt you…"
I've been watching but the stars refuse to shine
Rachel: "Ross, I just… I can't forgive you."
I've been searching but I just don't see the signs
Rachel: "I thought you would never hurt me."
I know that it's out there
Ross: "I know. But everybody makes mistakes."
There's gotta be something for my soul somewhere
Ross: "I've never loved anybody the way I love you, Rach. You're the best thing that ever happened to me."
I've been looking for someone to shed some light
Rachel: "Ross don't, you're making me cry."
Not somebody just to get me through the night
Ross: "Chloe didn't mean anything to me, ever."
I could use some direction
Rachel: "I know, but you slept with her…"
And I'm open to your suggestions
Ross: "I'll do anything, if you'll just give me another chance."

Rachel runs out of the door, but then comes back in and kisses Ross.

Rachel: I realized that I can't live without you.
I need inspiration
