Team 7 was waiting, as usual, for their sensei to arrive. Finally, 3 hours late, he did.
"YOU'RE LATE!" shouted Sakura and Naruto, while Sasuke just glared at him.
"Well you see, I was-" "STOP!"
Everyone looked in shock at Naruto, who was standing there, fists clenching and unclenching, glaring at Kakashi. "No excuses, tell us the truth for once!"
Kakashi was so shocked that he instantly replied "I spend all my money on Icha Icha stuff, and can't afford an alarm clock. I'm late to everything to hide that fact." He then went pale, before shushining away.
Team 7 looked at each other, before heading out to spread the word.

The next morning, Kakashi was woken up at 7am by no less than 17 different alarm clocks hidden throughout his room. Apparently, there were a lot of people who disliked his tardiness.
